Q: How can I customise my products?

A: We offer a variety of customisation options, such as adding text, photos, or graphics to your chosen product. Please select the options when adding your product to cart, and feel free to email us with your order number if you need help.


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Our turnaround time varies depending on the product and customisation options chosen. Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days to process and produce your order. Shipping times will depend on your location and shipping method chosen.


Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?

A: It depends on what you've ordered. For non-personalised items they can be cancelled any time, and refunded withing 30 days by sending the item back. For custom items, we do not accept returns on custom items so it's best to reach out and cancel as quickly as possible before we start production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
